Solstice blend is a magical encounter between a washed Burundi coffee from Gitwe Washing Station and a fruit juice co-fermented Castillo from Finca Los Patios in Colombia. This unique blend combines the best of both worlds: the purity of washed coffee from Burundi and the richness of fermented coffee from Colombia. It creates a very sweet and round cup with tasting notes of guava - cardamom - mint, with wonderful aromatic complexity that makes it perfectly suited for espresso preparation.
