يأتينا هذا المحصول المميز من منطقة جازان وبالتحديد من جبال محافظة العارضة التي جمعت بين وعورة التضاريس والمنحدرات الجبلية وجمال الأودية والمدرجات الزراعية والغطاء النباتي الكثيف. تعود زراعة البن في جازان إلى أزمنة قديمة جداً ولا زالت شجرة البن تمثل إرثاً تاريخياً عظيماً لدى أهل المنطقة والمزارعين خصوصاً. أنتجت لنا أفضل ممارسات الزراعة والحصاد محصولاً مختصاً مميزاً من سلالة التبيكا. تمت زراعته على ارتفاعات تصل إلى 1550 متر فوق سطح البحر وتمت معالجته بالنقع اللاهوائي والذي يتطلب مهارة كبيرة جداً للخروج بنتائج مميزة. تم حمص هذا المحصول بمسار يتناسب مع طرق التحضير بالترشيح، ونجد في هذا المحصول قوام حريري سلس، وإيحاءات تحاكي الزبيب والفراولة والشوكولاتة.

This distinctive product comes to us from the Jazan region, specifically from the mountains of Al-Aredhah governorate, which combine rugged terrain and mountain slopes with the beauty of valleys, agricultural terraces, and dense vegetation. Coffee cultivation in Jazan dates back to very ancient times, and the coffee tree still represents a great historical heritage for the people of the region, especially the farmers. The best farming and harvesting practices have produced a distinctive specialty product from the Typica variety. It was grown at altitudes reaching 1550 meters above sea level and processed using anaerobic infusion, which requires great skill to achieve outstanding results. This product was roasted to suit filter brewing methods, offering a silky smooth body with notes reminiscent of raisins, strawberries, and chocolate.
