Elto [Hamasho 96H] - Ethiopia

قهوة إلتو هاماشو من مرتفعات بنسا الإثيوبية، تمر بمعالجة لاهوائية طبيعية لمدة 96 ساعة تمنحها كثافة قوية ونكهات واضحة من التوت الأزرق والعليق مع لمسة من شاي إيرل غراي. تحافظ هذه المعالجة الممتدة على توازن القهوة دون إفراط في الحلاوة، مبرزةً قواماً غنياً يعكس طابع التيروار الإثيوبي.

Elto Hamasho comes from the Bensa highlands of Ethiopia and undergoes a 96-hour anaerobic natural fermentation, producing a cup of strong yet well-defined intensity. Dark fruit notes of blueberries and blackberries lead the cup, balanced by delicate Earl Grey florals that highlight the Ethiopian terroir.
