Grown at Ngacha Estate in the Kirinyaga highlands of Kenya, this lot combines the region's signature SL28 and SL34 varieties with a Yellow Honey process that leaves more mucilage sugars during drying. The cup opens with bright gooseberry acidity, moves into fine kumquat citrus, and finishes with juicy, sweet yellow peach, resulting in a balanced and elegant profile.
