Farm owner Martin Galeas began his journey when he inherited an empty plot of land from his father. With little capital, he first grew corn and beans to make a living, saving funds through side jobs until he could finally start cultivating coffee. On his farm, pruning is carried out at the right timing, and fertilization is based on careful soil analysis.
